The Blue Chip Championships are able to offer 180 permanent stables on the showground along with 150 Barn type temporary stables. Should these stables be filled then additional plastic temporary stabling (3m x 3m) will be offered be made available. Lighting is not provided in the temporary stables.

Early booking is recommended. All stables must booked on the Official Entry Form and paid for in advance; please see the General Rules and Regulations in the Championship Schedule for cancellations.

Stables costs will be provided on 25th February 2011. Although bedding may be in the stable from previous occupants, bedding is not provided. If required Nedz Bed Pro bedding may be purchased from the Stable Manager between 4.00pm and 8.00am each day. For further information regarding Nedz Bed Pro please visit www.nedz.co.uk

Straw is not permitted.

Occupancy of the stable is from 6.00pm each day. Stables must be vacated on time so that incoming horses may be stabled. Your co-operation in leaving the stables promptly and clean will be appreciated.

Any damage caused to permanent or temporary stables will be charged to the hirer.

Vaccination Certificate requirement by Hartpury Arena

All horses and ponies must have an up-to-date valid vaccination certificate available for random inspection during the Championship.

Electric Lorry Hook Up

Limited 6amp electrical hook up is available for horseboxes staying on site. Electric hook up costs will be provided in 25th February 2011. Horseboxes will require a 16amp (blue socket) extension cable to connect to the socket supplied by the event. Electrical connection must be booked on the Entry Form by 24th March 2011 and is on a strictly first come basis. No refunds can be made on any cancelled hook up bookings.
