The Blue Chip Championships are able to offer 190 permanent stables on the showground. Early booking is recommended. All stables must booked on the Official Entry Form and paid for in advance. Please see the General Rules and Regulations in the Championship Schedule for cancellations.

Permanent Stables are available at £25 per stable per night and will be on a on a first come basis. Although bedding may be in the stable from previous occupants, bedding is not provided. If required Nedz Bed Original bedding may be purchased from the Stable Manager between 4.00pm and 8.00am each day. For further information regarding Nedz Bed Original please visit www.nedz.co.uk

Straw is not permitted.

Occupancy of the stable is from 6.00pm each day. Stables must be vacated on time so that incoming horses may be stabled. Your co-operation in leaving the stables promptly and clean will be appreciated. Should the permanent stables be filled then temporary stabling (3m x 3m) will be offered/made available. Notification will be sent to those allocated temporary stables. Lighting is not provided in temporary stables.

Any damage caused to permanent or temporary stables will be charged to the hirer. All Stables must be booked on the Entry Form by 29th March 2010 and is on a strictly first come basis.

Showground Access - Horses may arrive on the showground from 2.00pm on Tuesday 13th April and the Showground Entrance will close at 11.00pm. The Entrance will be open from 6.45am – 11.00pm on show days; with the exception that the Entrance will close an hour after the completion of competition on Friday 16th April.

Horses requiring stabling must arrive on the showground before 8.00pm. Should any competitor be delayed, they must contact the Stable Manager on 07779 788014.

Vaccination Certificate requirement by Hartpury Arena

All horses and ponies must have an up-to-date valid vaccination certificate available for random inspection during the Championship.

Electric Lorry Hook Up

Limited 6amp electrical hook up is available for horseboxes staying on site at a cost of £60 (inc. VAT) per hook up for the period of the Show. Horseboxes will require a 16amp (blue socket) extension cable to connect to the socket supplied by the event. Electrical connection must be booked on the Entry Form by 29th March 2010 and is on a strictly first come basis. No refunds can be made on any cancelled hook up bookings.
