Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships
8 -12 April 2026

The Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championship finals will be held at Addington Equestrian in Buckinghamshire and include a full schedule of competitions in both the indoor Addington Championship Arena and the Outdoor all weather Manor Arena.

The Championship Finals are supported by a full range of competitions for which qualification prior to the Championships are not required.

Classes for which Qualification is not Required!

There are a total of 13 senior and 6 pony classes at the Blue Chip Winter Show jumping Championships for which qualification prior to the show is not required.

Senior – Natural Flake Shavings 1.00m Winter Classic

Three qualifiers at the Blue Chip Championships for the Final on Friday 10 April

Please see classes 8, 14, 25 and 27

Qualification prior to the Championships is not required (Entries for these classes may be closed prior to 24 March if they are over-subscribed). For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

Height of fences 1.00m

The top 12 horses from Classes 8, 14 and the top 16 horses from Class 25 at the Blue Chip Championships will qualify for the Final.

Senior – Cheval Liberté 1.25m Championship

Three qualifiers at the Blue Chip Championships prior to the Cheval Liberté 1.25m Championship final on Friday 10 April

Qualification prior to the Championships is not required (Entries for these classes may be closed prior to the 24 March if they are over-subscribed). For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

Height of fences 1.25m

For registered qualified horses at Cheval Liberté 1.25m Championship qualifiers; plus the top 12 horses from Classes 6, 15 and the top 16 horses from Class 24 at the Blue Chip Championships will qualify for the Cheval Liberté 1.25m Championship final.

For registered ponies in Grades JC & JA to be ridden by Junior members.

Height of fences 1.05m

Class 30 – Saturday morning 11 April
IG Equine Pony Grades JC & JD Competition

For registered ponies in Grades JC & JD and ponies that have qualified for class 31, to be ridden by Junior members.

Height of fences 0.80m

Class 32 – Saturday afternoon 11 April
IG Equine Pony Small Open Competition

For registered ponies to be ridden by Junior members.

Height of fences in the first round 0.85m

Class 39 – Sunday morning 12 April
Bliss of London Pony Grades JC & JD Competition

For registered ponies in grades JC & JD, to be ridden by Junior members.

Height of fences 0.95m

Class 43 – Sunday 12 April
PRB Horseboxes Pony Grades JC & JD Competition

For registered ponies in Grades JC & JD to be ridden by Junior members.
